The 3-day program helped me to revise and improve the essential excel skills that I need in my job. The interactive teaching in the course also enhanced participation in the virtual classroom. I believe what I learnt will definitely increase the efficiency of my work in the future. Overall training quality – 9/10.

The trainer shared several real-life experiences, and made the learning interesting with lots of interactions, discussions, group presentations.

We went through many interesting role play with different scenarios. Through them, I received insights on managing people and improving communications to better understand people’s need and solve issues effectively.

I can apply the service recovery skills learnt in the course of my work, while adhering to our service standards in implementing strategic imperatives.
